Deposit / Payment Policy
We require you to pay a deposit of $200.00 (for more than one night stay) OR one-night-accommodation charge (for one night stay) at the time of booking, with balance payable on arrival. Cash is not accepted as a form of payment.

Security check
‍A valid credit card needs to be presented on check-in for a pre-authorization, and guest ID will be copied for security confirmation. Guest' names need to be matched for the credit card and ID. All room types require a $200.00 pre authorization. Cash is not accepted as a form of pre authorization.

Please be advised that Royal Albert Hotel accepts payment online with VISA/MASTER credit cards (no surcharge), and AMEX with 2% surcharge.

Please acknowledge that Royal Albert Hotel DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY 'BUY NOW - PAY LATER' OPTIONS (i.e. HUMM, AFTERPAY, APPLEPAY, OPENPAY, ZIP PAY, AFTERPAY, STEPPAY, BUNDLL, PAYRIGHT, PAYLTLATER, LAYBUY, SPLITIT). BPay is also NOT an available option at the hotel for any payment.

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation UP TO 24HOURS BEFORE 1PM of the arrival date. Full accommodation charge will be applied for the cancellation occurred after this time frame.
